| contents | <p>The <em>Narrative CV Template - FPCEE Blanquerna</em> is one of the principal outputs of the CoARA pilot project and the result of a collaborative and iterative process. The new, qualitative curriculum format was co-created, enabling a more comprehensive and holistic evaluation of researchers.</p> <p>It begins with essential contextual information and a summary of the research trajectory, highlighting key research lines of work, milestones, mobility, and career transitions. The core of the CV is organised into four modules that together reflect the researcher’s activity over the past three years: M1 on Knowledge Generation, M2 on Researcher Training Capacity, Teamwork, and Working Relationships, M3 on Contributions to the Scientific and Innovation Community, and M4 on Contributions to Society. The CV concludes with a reflective section where researchers articulate their motivations, values, future objectives, and alignment with the development of their research team. </p> <p> </p> |
