-
This preprint presents a modular, end-to-end architecture for automated EEG/MEG data ingestion, harmonisation, preprocessing, feature extraction, modelling, and analysis, governed by a single declarative configuration framework. The system is designed to support heterogeneous data sources, reproducible workflows, and extensible modelling pipelines, including classical and quantum-inspired approaches to neural signal analysis.

The manuscript is intended as a technical and conceptual specification of the architecture, describing its design principles, component structure, and intended research applications, rather than as an implementation guide. The architecture is proposed as a flexible foundation for large-scale, multi-source EEG/MEG research, with potential relevance to computational neuroscience, neuroinformatics, and cognitive modelling.

The automated EEG/MEG analysis and quantum-inspired modelling architecture described in this work is the subject of a patent application filed by the author.
