  • <p><span>Elliptical galaxies and galaxy clusters exhibit flat or rising velocity-dispersion profiles that are conventionally attributed to massive dark-matter halos. Unlike spiral galaxies, these systems lack strong organized rotation, posing a challenge for gravity models in which rotational dynamics play a central role. In this paper, we extend the Common-Reality: Separating Time, Mass and Gravity framework by introducing a universal suppression background in the scalar field Φ. This background modifies spatial geometry at large radii independent of local rotation, producing a persistent acceleration scale in pressure-supported systems. We show that this mechanism reproduces the observed velocity-dispersion profiles of elliptical galaxies and the mass–discrepancy–acceleration relation without invoking dark matter. The results demonstrate that dark-matter phenomenology in non-rotating systems arises naturally from large-scale spatial suppression rather than unseen mass.</span></p>
