- <p>We present a fully deterministic operator-theoretic framework proving the Goldbach Conjecture<br>for all even integers 2n ≥ 4. Building upon the canonical Riemann Hypothesis Hamiltonian<br>Hcan and the Standing/Sitting Band (SSB) construction, all primes are deterministically propagated<br>across bands. Trace-class positivity guarantees that for each 2n, a pair of standing primes<br>(p, q) exists such that 2n = p + q. The SSB framework prevents prime clumping, ensuring<br>constructive coverage for all even numbers.</p>
