contents
This companion article demonstrates that eliminative approaches in cosmology—such as pre–Big Bang scenarios, quantum foam models, no-boundary proposals, and background-free formulations—cannot remove distinguishability at the level of description. While specific physical structures can be reformulated or replaced, the capacity to differentiate descriptive domains, states, transitions, and modes of applicability reappears as an unavoidable architectural condition. The paper clarifies the distinction between physical elimination and architectural elimination and shows why attempts to describe “pre-distinguishable” regimes inevitably rely on structural differentiation to remain interpretable. Minimal architecture, exemplified through ANAM, is introduced as a purely formal boundary-fixing tool, not a physical theory. This article expands the methodological analysis initiated in Minimal Architectural Assumptions Underlying Cosmological Theories.
