| contents | This study examines how Organizational DNA (ODNA) influences Social Sustainability Performance (SSP) in Egypts private steel industry, with Green Training (GT) acting as a mediating factor. A structured questionnaire was administered to 553 employees across several firms, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results show that ODNA significantly affects both GT and SSP, with GT partially mediating the relationship. The findings underscore the role of organizational design in promoting sustainability and suggest that green training initiatives can help translate internal structures into socially responsible practices. This research bridges organizational theory and sustainability frameworks while offering actionable strategies for industry leaders.
