The highest incidence was observed in men aged 65–74 years (739.3 per 100,000). Metastases were mainly localized in the bones of the pelvis and spine (up to 80%), less frequently in the lungs (12.4%), liver (5.6%), and brain (2.1%). Ultrasound proved informative: hypoechoic lesions were detected in 72% of patients, while axial and sagittal scanning increased sensitivity by 18–22%.</span></p>
