contents

This preprint presents an operational analysis of extreme time-suppression regimes in strong-field General Relativity. It clarifies that commonly discussed “frozen-time” descriptions arise from foliation-dependent coordinate choices and do not correspond to invariant physical states.

Building on this methodological clarification, the work examines whether such descriptions can nevertheless indicate anything about physical stability. We argue that strong coordinate-time suppression does not imply dynamical inertia: physical evolution proceeds in proper time, and when evolution is effectively compressed, standard instabilities may develop, leading to rapid local reconfiguration and transient high-energy regimes.

These regimes are defined strictly operationally and locally, without invoking cosmological origin events, new physics, or modifications of General Relativity. No specific instability mechanism is proposed, and no ontological claims are made. The paper instead serves as an interpretive bridge between mathematical descriptions and physical behavior in extreme gravitational environments.

This Zenodo record serves as an archival and evolutionary reference version.
