ABSTRACT </p> <p> </p> <p>This Patent Disclosure by Yerzhan Orymbetov defines a unified engineering protocol for the total control of matter, energy, and information. Based on the \(10^{38}\) scaling law, the invention replaces gravity with the Medium Density (S-parameter). The technical result is achieved by interacting with the axial Poles of the central vortex (Proton) to restore the stability of peripheral orbits (Electronic Toroidal Grooves). This method provides a singular solution for all technological fields, from molecular medicine to interstellar travel and neural computing. </p> <p> </p> <p>II. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION </p> <p>The invention is based on the postulate that any physical structure is a vortex held by external medium pressure (S).
