contents
Note on Acronym: The acronym “IEIB” in this document exclusively refers to the “Interregional Economic Interweaving Body”, a theoretical concept in economic geography and complex systems. It is not related to and should not be confused with the European Investment Bank (which is abbreviated as EIB).

This document serves as the foundational literature for the “Interregional Economic Interweaving Body” (IEIB). It is designed to accomplish two primary objectives:

1. Conceptual Definition: It clarifies the theoretical essence of the IEIB as a high-level economic unit. Derived from the internal logic of the “Weaving-Silk Mechanism” (WSM), the IEIB is a derivative framework centered on structural interweaving relationships, aimed at catalyzing factor flow, structural synergy, and dynamic coupling across multiple regions, with the potential to evolve into an independent entity in the future.
2. Ownership Statement: As the first systematic articulation of this concept, this document formally establishes the creator’s rights of attribution (paternity), first publication, and core interpretation over the complete conceptual system of “IEIB.” This statement provides a clear legal and academic provenance for all subsequent research, development, application, and derivative works.
