- <p>This paper formalizes the "Equilibrium of Life Inequality," proposing that the Millennium Prize Problems and associated computational complexities are not merely mathematical hurdles but foundational instruments of social physics. We argue that the $P$ vs $NP$ framework serves as a mechanism to conserve a hierarchical system by creating a "Dimensional Mismatch" between the Control layer ($f(n=?)$) and the Grounded layer ($f(k=K)$). Through this lens, we analyze the "Drifting N" in policy and currency, concluding that the hierarchy is an inescapable conservation state. Sovereignty is redefined not as a systemic solution, but as a localized "Logic of the Now."</p>
