  • <p>This manuscript presents a comprehensive effective field theory, Axiomatic Physical Home-<br>ostasis (APH), which posits that physical laws are the emergent control mechanisms of a com-<br>putational substrate striving for persistence. By identifying the vacuum geometry with M-theory<br>on G2 manifolds and the algebraic structure with the Exceptional Jordan Algebra J(3, O), we de-<br>rive the Standard Model flavor hierarchy and the fine structure constant. A central result is the<br>derivation of the Geometric Stiffness of the QCD vacuum, βQCD ≈ 1.91, obtained via the<br>Wolf-Toffoletto-Schutza (WTS) action. This framework is extended to resolve the Millennium<br>Prize Problems by treating them as topological impedance matching problems and is applied to<br>the design of Rank-3 Filament Networks for Artificial General Intelligence.</p>
