contents <p>This research paper presents a <strong>Smart Tourist Safety Monitoring and Incident Response System</strong> integrating <strong>Artificial Intelligence (AI), Geo-Fencing, and Blockchain-based Digital Identity</strong> to enhance tourist security. The proposed system continuously tracks tourist movements using GPS and applies <strong>geo-fencing rules</strong> to detect restricted-zone entry and boundary violations. An <strong>AI-based anomaly detection module</strong> identifies suspicious or unsafe behavioral patterns such as unusual route deviation and prolonged inactivity. During emergencies, the system generates <strong>real-time alerts</strong> and shares verified identity and location information with authorities through an incident response dashboard. Additionally, <strong>blockchain ensures secure and tamper-proof digital identity verification</strong>, reducing fraud and improving trust in emergency handling. The framework provides a scalable and reliable approach aligned with <strong>Smart City and Digital India initiatives</strong>.</p>
