The proposed system continuously tracks tourist movements using GPS and applies <strong>geo-fencing rules</strong> to detect restricted-zone entry and boundary violations. An <strong>AI-based anomaly detection module</strong> identifies suspicious or unsafe behavioral patterns such as unusual route deviation and prolonged inactivity. During emergencies, the system generates <strong>real-time alerts</strong> and shares verified identity and location information with authorities through an incident response dashboard. Additionally, <strong>blockchain ensures secure and tamper-proof digital identity verification</strong>, reducing fraud and improving trust in emergency handling.
