| contents | <p><strong><span>Résumé </span></strong></p> <p><span>Le caractère ambitieux et politique pris par les Etats africains dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de l'accord portant création de la ZLECAF n'est nullement à démontrer. Mais la mise en œuvre de cet accord de libre-échange (que ce soit au niveau national, régional et continental) est confrontée à plusieurs défis juridiques, politiques et institutionnels. En effet, les défis qui caractérisent le plus souvent les problèmes de l'intégration africaine depuis des années sont bien évidemment « la prolifération des accords de libre-échange régionaux » et « la multi-appartenance des Etats africains dans des organisations » qui se chevauchent dans plusieurs domaines. Ces deux phénomènes sont extrêmement liés. Toutefois, dans cette contribution nous analyserons les conséquences des appartenances institutionnelles multiples de l’Union des Comores à l’heure de la mise en œuvre effective de la ZLECAF. However, the implementation of this free trade agreement (at national, regional and continental level) faces a number of legal, political and institutional challenges. Indeed, the challenges that have most often characterised the problems of African integration for years are obviously ‘the proliferation of regional free trade agreements’ and ‘the multiple memberships of African states in organisations’ that overlap in several areas. These two phenomena are closely linked. However, in this contribution, we will analyse the consequences of the Union of the Comoros' multiple institutional memberships at a time when the AfCFTA is being effectively implemented.
