-
This repository contains the data, code, and outputs supporting Observer-Normalized Scale Coherence II: Execution of a Pre-Registered Prediction in the Dwarf Galaxy Regime.

The analysis executes a pre-registered, zero-parameter prediction defined in Paper I, applying frozen definitions to a dwarf-galaxy subset drawn from the SPARC database. No fitting, tuning, or renormalization is performed.

The predicted relation holds in the dwarf regime with a log-scatter of approximately 0.16–0.18 dex, consistent with the observational scatter limit and statistically indistinguishable from that observed in the spiral-galaxy calibration sample. Residuals show no systematic dependence on mass, radius, or velocity.

Included are the manuscript PDF, the Python analysis script, the SPARC input data used, and all generated tables and figures required for full reproduction of the results.
