| contents | <p>This research paper presents a novel mathematical-ontological framework to solve the Hard Problem of Consciousness by establishing a fundamental distinction between Functional Intelligence (B) and Conscious Experience (F). The proposed model, A-B.F-N, is based on the hypothesis that human consciousness (F) is not a mere computational emergent of functional processing (B), but rather an independent ontological layer characterized by the unique capacity for Veto and ethical accountability. Empirical evidence is provided through a tripartite argument: (1) An analysis of behavioral phenomena such as Sleeping Motherhood, where (B) operates with high efficiency in the absence of conscious (F); (2) A clinical case study of Sleep-Related Eating Disorder (SRED) as a pathological condition confirming the dissociation between (B) and (F); (3) An analysis of legal incapacity (e.g., insanity), which proves that ethical responsibility is contingent upon the presence of (F), not (B).
