contents <p>We developed a software called SPRINT for precise dispensing and high-throughput single-cell sorting. SPRINT can dispense droplets as small as 30 pL, enabling ultra-miniaturized reactions that minimize buffer interference during lysis and digestion. Combined with high-resolution imaging and AI-based algorithms, it reliably distinguishes debris, single cells, and doublets, ensuring accurate single-cell isolation. This allows SPRINT to prepare over 10,000 high-quality single-cell samples per day—more than ten times faster than existing systems—while maintaining exceptional robustness across diverse sample types.</p>
