| contents | <p>This manuscript presents the design and implementation of a web-based customer data management information system for PT Sun Rent Car Indonesia. The study addresses challenges in managing customer, vehicle, and rental transaction data that were previously processed manually, causing inefficiencies and errors. The research includes observation, interviews, and literature review, with system modeling using UML (use case, activity, and data flow diagrams), database design with ERD, and interface design through wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes. The manuscript demonstrates that the proposed system effectively integrates data management and reporting, enhancing operational efficiency and service quality. The study is original, practical, and contributes to the literature on information systems for service-based organizations. We believe it will be of interest to readers in information system development and applied technology in organizational management.</p> |
