- <p><span>This paper is part of the Informational Mechanics (IM) framework, a coherence- and admissibility-based approach to physical description.</span></p> <p><span>The document is published as part of the </span><span><strong><span>first public wave of IM papers</span></strong></span><span>, providing a regime-based phenomenological bridge to established cosmological observations.</span></p> <p><span>This work presents a regime-based model family in which dark-matter phenomenology arises from effective source bookkeeping in General Relativity under explicit structural constraints. No new particles, modified gravity, or microphysical mechanisms are introduced.</span></p>
