| contents | <p>The objective of the questionnaire is to assess the ethical dimensions of the conversational strategies implemented by an intelligent voice assistant.</p> <p>The instrument consists of 37 carefully designed items, formulated to be simple and easily understandable for all users, including older adults and children. Whenever possible, the items were adapted from existing validated scales and instruments.</p> <p>The questionnaire is organized into eight thematic blocks: Perceived Humanity, Transparency, Emotional Simulation, Emotional Attachment, Moral Status, Trust, Unease, and Safety and Privacy.</p> |
