In this framework,</p> <p>cosmic expansion, temporal ordering, and all physical processes are uniquely determined by initial</p> <p>conditions down to the Planck scale. Apparent indeterminism and free will are shown to be emergent</p> <p>illusions arising from coarse-grained descriptions of local D-field rearrangements. No probabilistic</p> <p>postulates, quantum axioms, or stochastic assumptions are required.</p>
