•

We present a quantitative resolution of the hierarchy problem within the framework of a non-equilibrium

unified theory. Starting from a fundamental force without point-particle or weak-field approximations,

we demonstrate that the enormous numerical gap between gravitational and electromagnetic

interactions originates from systematic approximation errors absorbed into empirical constants. The

emergence of the large dimensionless factor $K \sim 10^{41}$ is shown to be a direct consequence of

neglecting self-interaction, finite-size effects, and environmental complexity. By introducing an effective

mass unifying charge and mass, the hierarchy problem is reinterpreted as a mismatch of reference scales

rather than a fundamental weakness of gravity.
