- <h1><span>Purpose of the Document</span></h1> <p dir="ltr"><span>This document accompanies a body of work that has been released to the global commons. It is neither a proposal nor a pitch. It does not seek funding, endorsement, or partnership. It is a handover instrument.</span></p> <p dir="ltr"><span>The work described here emerged from applied practice across domains that share a structural problem: the tendency of well-intended systems to export harm while claiming benefit. The architecture was developed to address that tendency. It has now been given away.</span></p> <p dir="ltr"><span>This document serves three purposes:</span></p> <p dir="ltr"><span>First, it describes what has been given and why it matters.</span></p> <p dir="ltr"><span>Second, it explains what stewardship means in operational terms, so that users of the work can distinguish genuine application from capture, appropriation, or cosmetic adoption.</span></p> <p dir="ltr"><span>Third, it articulates the conditions under which the work may be used, the behaviours that constitute misuse, and the withdrawal provisions that apply when those conditions are violated.</span></p> <p dir="ltr"><span>The intended readers are governments, universities, Indigenous organisations, non-governmental bodies, and communities who may encounter this work and wish to understand its origin, its limits, and its proper use.</span></p>
