Some examples of these materials and therapies are platelet-rich plasma (PRP), platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC), mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), and bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs). In terms of implant stability, these agents mainly improve secondary stability by speeding up osseointegration and encouraging osteogenesis, angiogenesis, and immunomodulation at the interface between the bone and the implant. Orthobiologics greatly improve early biological fixation, peri-implant bone formation, cortical consolidation, and long-term integration. They also lower the chances of micromotion, non-union, and implant failure in orthopedic (e.g., joint prostheses, fracture fixation) and dental applications. These biological agents are designed to improve osseointegration, strengthen secondary implant stability, encourage bone formation around the implant, and reduce problems like non-union, loosening, or infection. The goal of this review article was to talk about how Orthobiologics affect the stability of implants.

Keywords: Orthobiologics, Implant stability, Osseointegration, PRP, PRF, BMAC, MSCs, BMPs, Secondary stability, Regenerative orthopedics.
