- <p><span>This paper presents a novel CNF composite fabrication method based on in-situ polymerization within a pre-formed three-dimensional nanofiber network. By fixing the CNF structure prior to matrix formation, nanofiber aggregation is fundamentally eliminated. The resulting interpenetrating polymer network exhibits extremely low thermal expansion, high optical transparency, and maximized intrinsic CNF properties.</span></p>
