contents
VALDATION TEST ONGOING

This paper quantifies the partitioning of residual energy into the triad arms (TEPRAT kinetic, SWISO radiative-wave, CATED dispersive) as a function of cumulative equilibria n(t). We derive three conservation theorems showing that total energy is exactly conserved while the partition evolves: kinetic arm increases with recent nonlinear uptick (2020–2025), radiative-wave arm grows with n due to resonance, and oceanic dispersive arm declines. Validation on ERA5/GPCP (1980–2025) yields R² > 0.75, with 2023 AR seasons as key evidence. The framework predicts TEPRAT ~50% + SWISO ~40% dominance by 2026–2031."The Three Theorems for Article 6 (Energy Conservation Through Partition)
