contents <p>The <strong>Original_Data</strong> folder contains time-series data in NetCDF format for each experimental case:<br>・<strong>01_Calculation_Result</strong>: Flow field results (water depth, streamwise veloctiy, transverse velocity) computed using iRIC Nays2D based on the measured topography by Stream Tomography in flume experiments<br>・<strong>02_Hypothetical_Calculation_Result</strong>: Same as above but under hypothetical discharge conditions<br>Please note that the x-coordinate in all datasets is referenced to the origin at the measurement start point, located 2 m downstream from the upstream end of the flume.</p> <p>The <strong>Derived_Data</strong> folder contains extracted information about individual bars identified from the bed topography in <strong>Original_Data</strong>. Time-series data for each case include: <br>・<strong>Height.csv</strong>: Bar height<br>・<strong>Length.csv</strong>: Bar half-wavelength<br>・<strong>Bar_position.csv</strong>: Downstream position of bars (upstream position = downstream position - half-wavelength)<br>・<strong>Eta_max_min.csv</strong>: Maximum and minimum bed elevations within the analysis domain<br>・<strong>Time.csv</strong>: Effective experimental time for data acquisition</p>
