Furthermore, the guide also delves into the methodology used to identify and extract all these elements. It describes how, in collaboration with all project partners, a structured and systematic process has been developed and implemented to make this exercise as effective and meaningful as possible.</p> <p>This guide is therefore not intended as a simple report of what has been achieved, rather it seeks to serve as a starting point for others who may find themselves in a similar position. At the end of any project, it is essential to take stock: to reflect on what went well and what did not, on the situations where we performed strongly and those where we could have done better. Yet this is never an easy task, there is no universal recipe or predefined set of steps to follow. Accordingly, this guide does not aim to provide a ready-made checklist or rigid methodology. Instead, it offers a set of reflections and insights that may inspire those who are about to start or are already running a project.</p> |
