contents <p>Classical psychological theories describe cognition and emotion using qualitative constructs, yet they lack a structural framework capable of unifying diffusion-like stabilization and vortex-like recursive dynamics. This paper introduces ``psychological entropy'' as a direct extension of the Complex Entropy General Equation, originally formulated for low-speed physical systems. In this formulation, the real part of entropy represents cognitive diffusion, stabilization, and information equilibration, while the imaginary part captures emotional vortices, rumination loops, phase structures, and restoring dynamics. A classification of psychological phenomena in terms of $S_{\mathrm{Re}}$ and $S_{\mathrm{Im}}$ is presented, followed by a general equation for emotional vortices derived from the interaction between the two components. Psychological entropy thus emerges as a natural extension of the complex entropy field, offering a minimal and coherent foundation for modeling cognitive--emotional dynamics.</p>
