contents
Human resources are a strategic asset that determines organizational success, particularly in improving
employee performance amid the dynamics of workload and Turnover Intention. However, the gap between
extra-role behavior (Organizational Citizenship Behavior/O) and employees’ actual performance remains a
recurring issue in many organizations, including PT. Anugrah Bumi Pamijahan, which has experienced high
turnover due to unbalanced workloads. This study aims to analyze the influence of OCB and workload
management on employee performance, with Turnover Intention as an intervening variable. The method used
is an associative quantitative approach, with data collected through Likert-scale questionnaires
administered to 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple
linear regression and path analysis with SPSS 26.0. The results show that OCB has a significant positive
effect on performance, while workload has a significant negative effect on performance. Turnover Intention
was found to mediate the relationship between OCB and workload management on employee performance.
These findings imply the importance of HR management strategies that focus on enhancing OCB and
balancing workloads to reduce Turnover Intention and improve organizational productivity.

Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Workload, Turnover Intention, Employee Performance,
Human Resource Management
