| contents | <p>ABSTRACT</p> <p>This study aims to analyze the effect of Apron Movement Control</p> <p>officers' motivation on the discipline of Ground Handling officers</p> <p>at El Tari Kupang International Airport Apron through the</p> <p>intervening variable of Apron Movement Control officers'</p> <p>performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a</p> <p>survey method of 108 Ground Handling officers as respondents.</p> <p>Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and</p> <p>analyzed using the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation</p> <p>Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique through SmartPLS software. The</p> <p>results show that the motivation of Apron Movement Control</p> <p>officers has a positive and significant effect on the discipline of</p> <p>Ground Handling officers. In addition, motivation has a positive</p> <p>and significant effect on the performance of Apron Movement</p> <p>Control officers, and the performance of Apron Movement Control</p> <p>officers has a positive and significant effect on the discipline of</p> <p>Ground Handling officers. The performance of Apron Movement</p> <p>Control officers has been proven to mediate the effect of</p> <p>motivation on the discipline of Ground Handling officers.</p> <p>Keywords: motivation, performance, discipline, Apron</p> <p>Movement Control.</p> |
