Conscious Leadership Culture Literature treats leadership not as a hierarchical role or performance function, but as an ongoing cultural influence embedded in organisational life.</p> <p>This work establishes Conscious Leadership Culture Literature as a foundational, awareness-based leadership genre and provides a reference point for future scholarship in ethics-centred leadership, organisational culture, and values-based governance.</p> |
