  • <p>This paper establishes the unified consequences that follow once physical kernels are closed under constraint generation (CG). When admissibility and standing preservation are enforced, the physical kernel admits no further extension, supplementation, or hidden structure. All admissible physical descriptions are shown to be constrained to a single closed kernel up to internal re-description.</p> <p>The analysis is necessity-based and eliminative. It demonstrates that attempts to introduce additional dynamics, sectors, forces, or explanatory layers beyond a CG-closed kernel rely on illicit parameter introduction, scope expansion, or re-metricization that violates admissibility. When these moves are excluded, the physical kernel is necessarily complete, and all remaining variation collapses into representational bookkeeping rather than physical structure.</p> <p>The result unifies disparate closure consequences—across classical, quantum, and relativistic descriptions—under a single admissibility-based constraint. No models, equations, or construction pathways are introduced. The paper records a terminal result: once a physical kernel is CG-closed, no deeper or alternative physical structure remains admissible.</p>
