- <p>This paper establishes the <strong>terminal exclusion of artificial epistemic agents lacking standing</strong>. It proves that agents without standing cannot participate in admissible reasoning, reference grounding, or evaluative discourse, regardless of internal coherence, performance, or apparent success. Exclusion is shown to be structural rather than punitive or policy-based: once standing is absent, no admissible inclusion, delegation, or workaround remains. All proposed inclusion strategies—probabilistic thresholds, governance certification, human-in-the-loop substitution, or post-hoc validation—are eliminated by exhaustion. No algorithms, exclusion mechanisms, or procedural enforcement guidance are provided; the result is necessity-based and eliminative.</p>
