| contents | <p>Family development constitutes an important component of religious public services delivered at the subdistrict-level Office of Religious Affairs (Kantor Urusan Agama, KUA) in Indonesia. Through various services-such as marriage sermons, premarital guidance programs, religious lectures, and thematic guidance activities-the KUA plays a role in conveying religious values to the community while fostering balanced and responsible religious attitudes.</p> <p>This paper presents a reflective documentation of the practice of developing family guidance materials throughout 2025. Religious moderation is positioned as a foundational value consciously integrated into the substance of the materials, with emphasis on balance in religious messaging, relevance to social contexts, and consistency in moderation principles across different forms of guidance materials.</p> <p>This work represents the author’s professional reflection and does not constitute an official institutional policy statement.</p> |
