contents
We derive twelve fundamental electromagnetic phenomena—including the electron and muon anomalous magnetic moments, the Lamb shift, Compton scattering, and Bell inequality violations—from the first principles of Structured Vacuum Theory (TVS23). TVS23 is a discrete model where the vacuum consists of 23 helicoidal torsion channels with dodecahedral symmetry (A5). By replacing the continuous photon construct with torsional "vaciones" and utilizing the V-1=19 spectral invariant of the vacuum cell, we achieve 10^-15 precision matching experimental data without renormalization or virtual particles. The work provides a deterministic, falsifiable prediction: oscillatory modulation of magnetic forces at the 2.30 nm scale (λ19), offering a definitive experimental pathway to verify the discrete structure of the vacuum.
