- <p>This paper advances a stationary, infinite, and resonant cosmological scenario within the Harmonic Model. The fundamental postulate is a unified complex field Ψ(x^µ , ξ) defined on a fibered manifold M 4+ξ ∼<br>= M 4 × K ξ , governed by the Harmonic Field Equation.<br>We propose a radical reinterpretation of cosmological redshift, not as metric expansion, but as a non-dispersive geometric coupling between the photonic sector and the internal ξ-fiber. This "photonic friction" results in a continuous energy transfer into a neutrino-like phase-residue sector (“phase sparks”), satisfying the energy conservation laws within a steady-state regime.<br>Central to this model is the formal derivation of Galactic Cores (Cosmic Neutrons) as maximally stable standing-wave configurations. We show that the absorption of phase-residue triggers a Spraying Potential, inducing a topological phase-reset that ejects baryonic hydrogen, thus<br>closing the cosmic recycling loop. Furthermore, we establish a link between the fiber’s internal scale and macroscopic architecture through Quantum Isomorphism, predicting a Dynamic Orbital Compression in planetary systems. This provides a falsifiable signature that distinguishes the Harmonic Model from standard ΛCDM and accretion-based cosmogonies.
