contents <p>This Zenodo repository contains the data and code used in <em>Nutrient Flows and Biogeomorphic Feedbacks: Linking Seabird Guano to Plant Traits and Morphological Change on Sandy Islands</em> (van Rees et al., 2026). It includes (i) field and laboratory measurements of plant traits, soil properties, and stable isotopes, (ii) colony-derived guano deposition grids generated from shapefiles and bird trait libraries, (iii) merged remote-sensing products (NDVI, greenness index, elevation and derivatives) linked to guano estimates, and (iv) analysis scripts for spatially explicit structural equation models (piecewise SEM with spatial autocorrelation) and Bayesian spatial models (INLA/SPDE). Outputs include summary tables and figures supporting the manuscript.</p>
