-
This record provides the conceptual model used to organize and interpret AI-resilient skills in post-IA higher education. The model structures human-centered competencies into six interrelated dimensions—(1) higher-order cognition, (2) socio-emotional competencies, (3) lifelong learning disposition, (4) critical human–AI collaboration, (5) ethical responsibility, and (6) contextual understanding of action environments—examined across four analytic lenses (micro, meso, macro, and cultural–media). The figure is intended to support qualitative instrument design (e.g., semi-structured interviews) and to ensure conceptual traceability across iterative validation phases.

AI-resilient skills; higher education; generative AI; human-centered competencies; qualitative methods; interview guide; ethics; agency; learning analytics; social inclusion
