| contents |
This paper introduces a physical mechanism for the rapid expansion of the early
Universe, replacing the speculative "inflaton field" with the Material Space Theory (MST). We
propose that cosmic inflation was a phase transition of a fundamen-tal, primordial substrate. In
MST, mass and material space are a single, unified phenomenon: mass cannot exist without the
accelerating flow of space, and space cannot exist without its source — mass. Therefore, the
emergence of the first par-ticles with rest mass triggered an instantaneous and massive production
of material space. This phase transition explains the sudden increase in the Universe’s volume as a
tangible physical process, moving beyond the abstract mathematical dogmas of 20th-century physics.
|
