contents
This article explores the methodology of developing digital competencies of primary school teachers through a gamification-based approach. The study examines the effectiveness of integrating game mechanics such as points, badges, leaderboards, and progress tracking into professional development platforms designed for educators. The research identifies the current level of digital literacy among primary school teachers and proposes a structured gamification model aimed at enhancing their technological skills, motivation, and engagement in the learning process. The findings demonstrate that gamification-based platforms significantly improve teachers' digital competencies, including their ability to use information and communication technologies in the classroom, create digital educational content, and apply innovative teaching methods. The article also presents practical recommendations for implementing gamification strategies in teacher training programs and continuous professional development systems.
