contents
This dataset was collected to evaluate the economic and practical value of selected Crop Nutrition Decision and Precision tools (CNDPT) through cost benefit analysis (CBA). These tools were selected and evaluated by arable farmers and farm advisors. The farmers selected tools from an inventory of potentialy useful CNDPT developed by the NUTRI-CHECK NET project. The primary data source for this dataset was the answers collected to a toool evaluation survey conducted with groups of farmers and farm advisors across 9 European Countries (these groups were part of NUTRICHECK NET Crop Nutrition Clubs). The number of stakeholders (farmers and advisors) who responded to this survey was 173, and the unique number of survey responses across all CNDPT was 320. This database containes information on various economic and qualatitative costs and benefits associated with the adoption of CNDPT. The range of tools evaluated by the CNC’s reflects considerations on priority challenges, practices and interests of the farmers and farm advisors in each region and country.
