contents
The Code of Purity and Building Value-Based Resilience

Praise be to Allah, who fashioned souls upon purity and safeguarded the Fitrah through divine legislation and dignity. Peace and blessings be upon the Teacher of humanity, who refined manners with unparalleled excellence.

This study emerges within a landscape of rapid moral and digital shifts that have directly impacted the socialization of the child. It re-examines existential questions of bodily privacy, identity, and the regulation of gender relations in an open environment that transcends the boundaries of home and school. In this turbulent reality, the urgent need has arisen to formulate a comprehensive vision for "Preventive Sexual Education"—a framework rooted in steadfast Islamic principles while integrating the latest modern pedagogical insights to serve as "The Code of Protection and Awareness" in an age of exposure.

The Core Problem: The study addresses the widening chasm between the "Culture of Silence"—which breeds ignorance and repression, leaving the child defenseless—and the "Culture of Permissiveness", which reduces education to a purely biological or rights-based dimension, detached from the moral spirit. Therefore, the study seeks to answer a fundamental question: How can we provide a balanced educational methodology that integrates scientific clarity with religious dignity, preserving the Fitrah and establishing a disciplined bodily awareness to face contemporary digital challenges?

Methodology and Structure: To achieve this, the study employs a descriptive-analytical approach to examine concepts, a foundational method to derive principles from Prophetic guidance, and a comparative method to review international models, culminating in a legal analysis of child protection frameworks. The study is organized into twelve interconnected chapters, mapping a roadmap that begins with the family and concludes with deterrent legislation.

The Conclusion: The study concludes that sexual education, from our perspective, is not merely abstract information; rather, it is a "Developmental Value-Based System" whose core is "Dignified Clarity"—a concept that combines disciplined frankness with mature modesty. Building internal value-based resilience in our children—especially on the frontlines of Palestine—is the fundamental pillar enabling them to protect their bodies and identities, ensuring that purity remains the title and awareness remains the path.
