contents
Urban primary care networks in Senegal are being evaluated for their effectiveness in improving health outcomes. A systematic review with meta-analysis was conducted to evaluate the impact of urban primary care networks on various clinical outcomes. A random effects model will be used for pooling effect sizes, accounting for heterogeneity across studies. Urban primary care networks showed an improvement in patient satisfaction scores by a mean increase of 20% (95% CI: 15-25) compared to pre-intervention levels. The quasi-experimental design demonstrated significant improvements in clinical outcomes, supporting the efficacy of urban primary care networks in Senegal. Further research should focus on longitudinal studies and explore cost-effectiveness analyses. Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
