| contents |
We predicted that beauty baryons should exhibit CP asymmetries at the few-percent level, based on a geometric scaling framework in which quark compactness—measured by the Compton wavelength—governs sensitivity to matter–antimatter asymmetry. The LHCb collaboration subsequently reported $A_{CP} = (2.45 \pm 0.46 \pm 0.10)\%$ in $\Lambda_b$ decays, consistent with this prediction. The same framework, with a single derived scaling exponent ($D_{geo} \approx 3.618$), previously accounted for vector meson decay width suppression across three orders of magnitude in mass ($\beta = 3.87$, consistent with the geometric prediction) and strangeness-dependent suppression in the baryon decuplet.

The exponent is not fitted to data; it arises from the spectral geometry of icosahedral quasicrystalline structures. We present four falsifiable predictions distinguishing this framework from standard CKM phenomenology. The decisive test is charm baryons: the geometric framework requires uniformly small asymmetries (~0.1–0.2%) across all charm baryon channels, while CKM phenomenology permits percent-level effects in specific channels. Belle II and upgraded LHCb will resolve this.

Keywords: CP violation, baryon decays, LHCb, geometric permeability, Compton wavelength, quasicrystal geometry, beauty baryons, charm baryons, CKM matrix, icosahedral projection

Correspondence: niedzkatie@gmail.com
|
