•
Student support services play a critical role in helping learners remain enrolled and succeed in higher education, particularly through financial assistance and housing programs. This inquiry evaluates how efficiently these services operate and how satisfied students are with their quality and responsiveness, providing evidence that can guide better governance, improved accountability, and continuous service enhancement within the Office of Student Affairs. Data were gathered from 2252 [session 1] and 2156 [session 2] college students through a validated survey administered online in two phases during a six-week period. Using a cross-sectional approach and total population coverage, the inquiry captured a comprehensive snapshot of institutional service performance and student perceptions within a single academic term. The findings reveal that scholarship and financial assistance services operate at a limited level of efficiency and are associated with low student awareness and satisfaction. Dormitory and housing services show very low levels of recognition and satisfaction, reflecting the absence of a formal and structured system. Overall, the results indicate that stronger institutional coordination, clearer communication, and structured service delivery are essential to improve both operational performance and student experience.
