contents <p>ABSTRACT</p> <p>In the last few years, journals and<br>conferences have started receiving a very<br>large number of research paper submissions.<br>Because of this, editors often face problems<br>while manually arranging papers under the<br>correct technical domains. Choosing the<br>right domain is important for reviewer<br>selection, organizing publications, and<br>keeping proper records. When submissions<br>increase, manual classification takes more<br>time and mainly depends on the editor’s<br>individual knowledge and experience.</p>
