•
We construct a mathematically closed operator framework unifying emergent vacuum
dynamics as formulated in Theory Z, the generalized Radioactive Equilibrium Point (REP),
and Dual Spectral Resonance (DSR). By embedding nuclear stationary conditions into an ef
fective vacuum response operator and introducing dual-branch spectral symmetry, we derive
explicit spectral stabilization signatures characterized by eigenvalue displacement, spectral
gap formation, and resonance-induced mode splitting. The unified formalism is expressed in
terms of a coupled linear operator acting on a composite Hilbert space. Stability conditions
are obtained from the spectrum of the total operator, providing a rigorous criterion:
Reσ(Ltotal) < 0.
The framework integrates induced gravity concepts [1, 2], nuclear equilibrium dynamics [3],
and spectral symmetry structures [4], producing a formally consistent stabilization theory.
