| contents | <p>This dataset contains anonymised survey responses collected within the Horizon Academy (NCP4HE) project between 6 March and 4 April 2025. The survey explored beneficiaries’ experience with the practical implementation of Horizon Europe legal, financial and administrative rules.</p> <p>The final dataset includes 1,360 valid responses from organisations in EU Member States and Associated Countries. The data have been anonymised and cleaned in accordance with data protection requirements.</p> <p>The dataset supports the publication:<br><em>Horizon Europe’s Legal, Financial & Administrative Rules – A Report on their Practical Use</em> (2026).
